- It was developed with the ASP.NET Core + MVC project template provided by the ASP.NET Zero framework.

- The project can be separated into two main layers: web application and database.
- The web application layer contains both the frontend and backend parts within an MVC based structure.
- The architecture combines MVC with a layered architecture approach.
- The database layer is built with SQL Server 2019.
- ASP.NET Zero provided a modular, enterprise-oriented foundation with extendable application boundaries.

- Built Bootstrap-supported user interfaces with the Metronic theme by Keenthemes.
- Created data grids with Kendo UI Grid.
- Handled permission based authorization processes through ASP.NET Zero.
- Integrated authentication with E-Devlet.
- Integrated the application with SOAP and REST based services.
- Added E-İmza integration support.
- Prepared the project for deployment on Windows-based IIS servers.
Participation and Timeline
- I worked as a Software Development Specialist at the IT Department of the T.R. Ministry of Industry and Technology on behalf of SBI Bilişim.
- I contributed to the project for approximately 2.5 months between October 2023 and December 2023.
Project Management / Team Structure
- The project was assigned to a five-person team during my work at the Ministry's IT Department.
- In addition to me, the team included an analyst, a junior software engineer, and two senior software development specialists.
- Project management and task tracking were handled through Azure DevOps.
- Source control was managed with Git.
Personal Contributions and Responsibilities
- I built Bootstrap-supported user interfaces with the Metronic theme by Keenthemes.
- I created data grids with Kendo UI Grid.
- I contributed to the database design.
Deployment Information
- The project was planned to be published on the ministry's Windows-based IIS servers.
- Although it is a public project, it was still under development during my involvement, so there was no production URL to share at that time.
